Venue
UKISUG Connect is delighted to be returning to The ICC once again. Superbly positioned in the heart of Birmingham, this amazing venue never fails us and is a key contributor to the continued success of UKISUG Connect.
Spread across five levels, we use up every bit of space with our plenary keynote sessions, interactive workshops, breakout sessions, motivational and inspirational keynotes, as well as our massive exhibition hall, the networking hub for the event. You'll be amazed as to how the venue transforms in the space of a couple of hours to host our fabulous networking event, SUGFest on the Monday evening and then back again ready for those all important sessions on the Tuesday.
Sustainability
Sustainability has never been a box ticking exercise for The ICC. It's something they believe in passionately in, both as a venue, but more importantly as individuals. They also believe it's key to achieving long-term growth for both their customers and themselves, which is why it's embedded into all their daily operations.

Our Badge Solution
We are offering a zero-waste badging solution for 2024. Your badge will be printed on arrival, ensuring that we only print the number of badges required. Most badge stock material cannot be recycled due to the ink and composition; however, our badge stock can be recycled through a process that turns the material into cement. We also use direct thermal heat transfer for printing, in place of ink, which ensures that the material can be recycled after the event, and removes the waste of used printer cartridges, often made from non-recyclable plastics. Please ensure you drop your badge in the recycle boxes at the top of the escalators on departure.
