En-suite accommodation for single occupancy. Accommodation is self-catered.

Minimum stay is two nights between Tuesday 1st July and Thursday 3rd July. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation at any point will incur a £20 administrative fee. Accommodation at 33 Colston Street can be cancelled with a refund totalling all night's booked until 09:00 AM, BST on 5th May 2025, less a £20 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Rooms will include towels and toiletries (upon arrival, not refreshed). Service is only once per stay. Rooms contain a wardrobe, desk and chair, 4ft bed, mattress cover, pillow, sheet, duvet, pillowcase and duvet cover. Each flat has a large kitchen and social space which will include a kitchen pack containing the basics you will need for your stay. Please note that the building is not accessible, and all flats are accessed via stairs.
