Event: West of England COP26 Roadshow Business Event

Venue: We The Curious, Harbourside Bristol, BS1 5UE

Date: Thursday, 4 November 2021

Time 12:00-17:00

“Achieving net zero emissions will require a whole economy transition – every company, every bank, every insurer and investor will have to adjust their business. This could turn an existential risk into the greatest commercial opportunity of our time.” Mark Carney, ex Bank of England

This interactive and practical meeting will offer delegates the opportunity to discuss:

  • How Bristol and the West of England can reach Net Zero by 2030
  • What is happening at COP26 and how this is changing the business landscape
  • What is Net Zero and what businesses need to know
  • How are businesses in the West of England reducing carbon emissions
  • New business growth opportunities to address climate change
  • Where businesses can go for help

Delegates will get to take breakouts sessions to discuss the practical steps businesses can take on their journey to Net Zero or to identify new opportunities. And of course, there will be lots of opportunities to network and share ideas with others in our exhibition space.
