You can use this form to register yourself, or someone else. You can register up to 20 students within this registration form. If you have not registered previously, please add your email address and create a password.

If you are registering someone else or a group, we would strongly recommend gathering all of the information below before proceeding with the registration. You will be required to complete all of this information for each group member to confirm the booking.

- Dietary Requirements.
- Emergency Contact Information. This includes the First Name and Last Name, Email Address and Contact Number. If the person you are registering is U18 at the time of the event, PeaceJam UK will contact the parent/ guardian to obtain permission for attendance. Please ensure the parent/ guardian information is the same as the Emergency Contact Information.
- Any accessibilty requirements.
- Any health requirements we need to be aware of.

Registration

If you are registering a group, each student will receive their own confirmation email, and as the Group Lead, you will also receive the email.

If any of your students are under 18, we will need to obtain permission for them to attend from their parent/ guardian. Please ensure that the emergency contact is the parent/ guardian. We will contact them before the event.

Emergency Contact Details

Please enter the details of the emergency contact below for yourself or the person being registered. If you are under 18 this should be your parent or guardian in order for us to obtain consent from them for you to attend the event. If you are registering a person under 18, we will also contact their parent/ guardian unless we have received written permission.

Ticket

Please select the ticket type from the below options. Tickets are charged at £10 per student. Accompanying people, including teachers and mentors, can attend for free. We will be in touch after the event with your invoice if there is a cost associated with this booking. If you are registering someone else, please select the option that applies for them.

U18 Parental Consent Required

You have indicated that on the first day of the event (Friday 21st February 2025) yourself or the person being registered will be under 18.

Once you complete this booking process, the parent or guardian will receive an email requesting permission for you to attend. Please ensure that this is the same person as the Emergency Contact.

If you or the person you are registering has a health, medical condition or allergy that you believe we should be aware of please write it below.  This information will only be shared with the health and safety leader at the event in case there is an emergency.

Accessibility

If there is something that you think we should be aware of that could improve the experience at the event of yourself or the attendee being registered, please write it below.  Some examples of this might be: you/ they use a wheelchair, or that you/ they struggle to read or that you/ their primary method of communication is BSL.  We will do our best to make appropriate provisions for you.

T-Shirt Size
