You can use this form to register yourself, or someone else. You can register up to 20 students within this registration form. If you have not registered previously, please add your email address and create a password.

If you are registering someone else or a group, we would strongly recommend gathering all of the information below before proceeding with the registration. You will be required to complete all of this information for each group member to confirm the booking.

  • School or Institution.
  • Email Address.
  • Mobile.
  • City.
  • Postcode.
  • Dietary Requirements.
  • Emergency Contact Information. This includes the First Name and Last Name, Email Address and Contact Number. If the person you are registering is U18 at the time of the event, PeaceJam UK will contact the parent/ guardian to obtain permission for attendance. Please ensure the parent/ guardian information is the same as the Emergency Contact Information.
  • Any accessibilty requirements.
  • Any health requirements we need to be aware of.
  • T-shirt size. S up to XXL are available.

Registration

If you are registering a group, each student will receive their own confirmation email, and as the Group Lead, you will also receive the email.

If any of your students are under 18, we will need to obtain permission for them to attend from their parent/ guardian. Please ensure that the emergency contact is the parent/ guardian. We will contact them before the event.

U18 Parental Consent Required

Once you complete this booking process, the parent or guardian will receive an email requesting permission for you to attend. Please ensure that this is the same person as the Emergency Contact.

Accessibility

If there is something that you think we should be aware of that could improve the experience at the event of yourself or the attendee being registered, please write it below.  Some examples of this might be: you/ they use a wheelchair, or that you/ they struggle to read or that you/ their primary method of communication is BSL.  We will do our best to make appropriate provisions for you.
