This Open Forum is a chance to talk honestly about the challenges that come with the profession, from gaining buy-in and influencing senior leaders to managing competing priorities and proving the value of resilience. Share the problems you’re facing, hear how others are tackling similar challenges, and find practical ideas and encouragement from your peers. This is a conversation, not a presentation. Come as you are, with cameras and microphones on, ready to share, listen, challenge and problem-solve together.
