What does a career in resilience look like today, and where is the profession heading? This session will explore the evolving resilience landscape, the opportunities and risks ahead, and the skills needed to build a successful career in the sector.
Drawing on Dyrr’s experience and perspective, the session will identify key career waypoints and consider where he would prioritise his own development if he were entering the industry today.
Designed for those starting or developing their careers in resilience, the session will provide practical guidance on how to target CPD and L&D investment towards the skills, knowledge and experiences that can maximise future potential in the profession.
