This session provides practical guidance on using AI throughout the BCM lifecycle. Konstantin Gerner will walk through the AI4BCM, which provides guidelines for using AI in everyday BCM activities. Charlie will talk about how AI can take most of the repetitive, analytical and even creative work that the BCM role demands. Konstantin will also look at where AI in BCM is heading to - the profession will inevitably change, but it won't disappear.
