In this session, Thomas will describe a project to develop a framework for structuring resilience management within Airbus.
Using peer research, a model of four interconnected 'bricks' was developed that provides a robust structure to provide clarity and align different resilience functions.
The model has become a cornerstone of resilience strategy and operations in the organisation.
