This session turns the usual discussion about developing a resilience culture on its head by exploring the importance of rooting resilience in culturally sensitive practice. Dom Passalacqua will introduce the concept of cultural ‘compliance’ and examine how resilience approaches can recognise and respond to different cultural contexts. Participants will also explore how connection, cultural agility, and code-switching can support both organisational and individual resilience.
