Live Crisis Exercise. Step into Freshways, a fictional UK supermarket chain facing a fast-moving operational crisis during a severe heatwave. With power disruption expected across part of its store network, the business must act quickly to protect food safety, keep customers informed and manage rising pressure on stores. As Head of Business Continuity, the player must weigh operational caution against commercial and reputational risk as the situation develops.
